Each bracelet is adjustable with a lobster claw clasp and 1.5" of extender chain. The size is for the macrame pattern itself.
Example:
If you are a size 6 then the bracelet will tighten down to 6.25" (.25" is for the lobster clasp) but will let out to 7.5 inches.
